Profile:
You will be responsible for the line management of the team which will include recruiting, hiring, training and coaching, performance management and career development. You will also develop and implement project management processes and systems enabling the project management group to deliver projects and manage customers efficiently and effectively.
Experience required:
Armed with strong cross-functional and multinational project management experience, you will need to demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, train/mentor and develop a team of professionals. It is essential that you have previous clinical project management experience, gained within a Clinical Research Organisation or Pharmaceutical Company.
